Located in the mountains 45 minutes outside of Portland, Oregon, Wy’East’s mission is “Life improvement through people, place and passion.”

Your mission, should you be the right person, will be to engage 7-12 graders through Mountain Biking and work closely with the rest of the Wy’East team to develop them into exceptional human beings who go on to improve life on Earth.  The program’s goal is to provide Mountain Bike specific training that enables students to maximize their potential while making the journey enjoyable. Whether our students are interested in competition, filming, or just Mountain Biking with their friends, it’s simply a vehicle for developing well-rounded humans.

Are you the right person?

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and passionate Mountain Bike coach/instructor who is willing to teach and mentor with integrity, excitement, safety, and progression. Our new Director of Mountain Biking will possess a strong vision of the program’s shape while working with the larger Mountain Bike community.  This candidate will be eager and excited to create something new.  Those who simply wish to Mountain Bike everyday and do what’s already been done will not be considered.
